Art lovers and collectors will be given the chance to discover a new appreciation for sculpture at an event being held on Saturday March 26 in support of a very worthy cause.
The Sight For All Foundation (SFA) is hosting Sculpture For Sight – a glamorous garden party that will give guests the opportunity to mingle amongst sculpture, an art form that can be touched and experienced regardless of one’s sight.
The event will be held in the magnificent heritage grounds of St Mark’s College in North Adelaide and will feature live jazz, canapés and cocktails. It will kick off with an art preview at 5pm to allow ticket holders interested in purchasing to browse the collection, followed by the official party at 6pm.
At 8.30pm, SFA will support yet another important cause when the lights will be turned out and the gardens lit by candles in celebration of Earth Hour.
Don’t miss out on securing your ticket to this unique and glamorous event. Tickets cost $95 and can be purchased online by visiting www.sightforall.org
What’s more, all members of the community will have the chance to experience the exhibition the following day (March 27) when the garden will be re-opened to the public between 11am and 3pm for a gold coin donation.
SFA has a shared vision to help Asia-Pacific countries restore sight to their blind. For more information visit www.sightforall.org
