Spring Whites and Earthly Delights Wine Festival

The Adelaide Hills Wine Region is holding their annual Spring Whites and Earthly Delights wine festival, celebrating the beautiful white wine varietals the region is renowned for over the weekend of October 28 to 30.

The annual ‘Spring Whites and Earthly Delights’ weekend is the perfect weekend and the perfect opportunity to enjoy beautiful white wine varietals such as Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and Sparkling Pinot. This year wines will be matched with a range of unusual canapés, developed by acclaimed Culinetic chef Cole Thomas and inspired by a spring garden.

A sample of the culinary creations, matched with Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc, will be unveiled at the Central Market Spring Whites and Earthly Delights launch event on Friday October 28 from 4:30 – 8:30pm.
