The exhibition will include bookplates, prints and drawings as well as over fifty paintings of floral still life and landscapes. It will be the first major exhibition of this important Australian artist ever mounted and the first publication on his work since 1948 when Syd Ure Smith published: Adrian Feint Flower Paintings.
Director Richard Heathcote has been able to curate this exhibition because of funds contributed by the Carrick Hill Development Foundation for the research and development required to locate the works and secure them from private lenders as well as public collections.
Many of these paintings have not been seen in public before and will surprise and delight visitors. 1st August 2009 – 22 November 2009
